well, in just a few hours the adventure begins.
strange to see the months of anticipation and planning come to an end so quickly. where has the time gone? the holiday season really sped up the immediate preparations. now all i can do is trust that i have taken care of the essentials and deal with whatever else comes up.
i have my passport, flight info, visa, credit card, and some clothes. i also have a lot of unnecessary, but entertaining, items. as usual, i will be equipped to entertain myself for the hours of travel.
i apologize for the limited scope, and rambling nature of this post. but as the departure time approaches my brain is overflowing with practical considerations such as these and there is no room for any other thoughts. next time i write it will be from thailand.
